Based on this data, our system connects users with suitable, independent mobile tyre fitters operating in their area. We enable consumers to compare and select from service providers, facilitating communication and engagement between the two parties.
1.3 What We Do Not Do:
- We do not perform tyre fitting, repairs, replacements, or any other tyre services ourselves. We are not a garage or mobile fitting service.
- We are not responsible for the actions, performance, pricing, timeliness, legality, safety, or workmanship of any third-party service provider connected via our platform.
- We do not guarantee the availability, cost, or completion of services requested through our platform. All arrangements are made directly between the consumer and the service provider.
- We do not verify or warrant the credentials, insurance, or regulatory compliance of service providers. Consumers are advised to carry out their own due diligence before confirming services.
2.1 For Consumers
- Consumers must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when submitting tyre service requests, including but not limited to: full name, fitment location, contact telephone number, valid email address, vehicle registration details, tyre sizes, and precise location (postcode).
- Upon receipt of your service request, we use the provided location and tyre requirements to match you with suitable local mobile tyre service providers operating in your area.
- Consumers are responsible for reviewing available information about potential Service Providers and making their own independent decision to select and engage with a provider.
- Your personal details and contact information will only be shared with the Service Provider you select. We do not disclose your information to any other parties without your explicit consent.
- Use of our service is subject to your agreement to act responsibly and to not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Website.
2.2 For Service Providers
- Service Providers must ensure all business information provided to us is accurate, current, and truthful at all times, including contact details, service offerings, availability, pricing, and licensing.
- Service Providers agree to pay a monthly subscription fee to access and receive job leads generated by our platform. Subscription terms, including billing cycles and cancellations, are governed by our Subscription Fees & Payments section.

- Service Providers must use consumer data and job leads strictly for the purpose of delivering tyre-related services and must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
- Consumers must provide complete, accurate, and honest information when submitting requests through our platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete data may result in suspension or termination of access.
- Consumers shall not submit any false, fraudulent, or deceptive requests
- It is the sole responsibility of consumers to independently verify the credentials, qualifications, insurance, and reputation of any Service Provider before engaging their services.
- Consumers agree to resolve any disputes or complaints directly with the chosen Service Provider without involving AnyTyre.co.uk. We do not act as an intermediary or arbiter in any service disputes.
AnyTyre.co.uk expressly disclaims all liability arising from the services, workmanship, conduct, or actions of any Service Provider connected through our platform. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the performance, safety, or legality of any services provided.
- Service Providers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about their business, services, pricing, availability, contact details, and any other relevant data when registering and maintaining their profile on the platform.
- All job leads and consumer data received through AnyTyre.co.uk are to be used exclusively for the purpose of providing legitimate tyre-related services. Any misuse or unauthorised use of leads or data is strictly prohibited.
- Service Providers are required to comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, ensuring that consumer data is processed lawfully, transparently, and securely at all times.
- Service Providers must implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure consumer personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
- It is the responsibility of Service Providers to maintain all necessary licenses, permits, certifications, insurances, and qualifications required by law or industry standards to operate their business and provide tyre services.
- Service Providers must ensure their services meet all applicable health and safety regulations and professional standards relevant to the tyre service industry.
- AnyTyre.co.uk reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription of any Service Provider who fails to comply with these responsibilities or breaches the platform’s terms of use.
- Service Providers agree to pay a monthly subscription fee as set out on the AnyTyre.co.uk platform for access to job leads and related services. All fees are due in advance and payable by the specified payment methods.
- All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew each month on the same terms unless cancelled by the Service Provider in accordance with these Terms.
- Service Providers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred after that date.
- AnyTyre.co.uk reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions immediately without prior notice or refund in the event of any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
- We may amend subscription fees and payment terms from time to time, and any such changes will be communicated to Service Providers in advance. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees and terms.
- Service Providers are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and up to date to avoid disruption of services.
AnyTyre.co.uk employs proactive monitoring and fraud detection measures to protect the integrity of our platform, consumers, and Service Providers. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate actions, including immediate suspension or permanent banning of user accounts, without prior notice or liability.
Grounds for suspension or banning include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or in service requests.
- Attempting to manipulate, disrupt, or exploit the Website’s systems, algorithms, or functionalities for unfair advantage.
